I’m a Chef and an art history major at Tel Aviv university. Graduated from “Danon” cooking school and le cordon bleu in Paris. I’ve been cooking at “Romano” for 2 years, then went on being a sous- chef at Hasalon, where I met Yuval and Adam. I’m inspired by classic western cuisine as well as deep asian traditions. my passion is to research, discover, re- invent and make my guests wildest dreams come true, through great food and perfect hospitality.
