I feel fortunate to live and do what I love so much – To host, pour, teach, and make people happy through food and wine.
I believe we are ambassedors of the senses, of aromas and flavours, and I am always on the lookout for new tastes and experiences, telling the story of the places and people who’s produce we so proudly serve.
I have a soft spot for sweet and fortified wines, and what I love most is Madeira.
