Yael Cohen is inspired by all the souls and techniques she has encountered along her culinary path. Looking at the food she cooks, you are immediately taken to Asian cuisines and memories. Soulful, surprising, smart, playful, new. Just like this interesting, talented chef – her food is all about details. As an Israeli growing up in Asian kitchens, Yael’s cooking is extremely Japanese-looking yet very local. When you taste her food, you are reminded of a very simple truth — All details in this world are deeply rooted in the same foundations. Connected, solidifying one another. Same body, soul and passion. Everything, everywhere, all at once.
