Hello Everyone!
I’m excited to invite you to dinner number II in ILU’s private dinners series: ILU by.

I will be cooking some seasonal, local, and most importantly tasty food, telling my story of how food can be a tool to travel, explore and understand our surroundings, everywhere we go. Paired with some sick wines picked by our Sommelier Elad Shoham and served by people who are truly and deeply invested in the alchemy of hospitality.

ILU by is a series of highly intimate dinners of 12 seats, a tasting menu and wine pairing, fantasized by one of us, executed with all the rest.
Itay Eyal, chef and farmer (Blue Hill, Pronto & head of ILU’s vegetable garden project) is an explorer of senses, sharing the joy of food as storytelling, revealing the pure details of who we are and where we come from on his plates.
